Check out Wynwood Parlor

Food trucks are a common sight throughout the Wynwood area, especially during the monthly Wynwood Art Walk when locals descend on the neighborhood to check out all of the various artwork, enjoy the live music, and have some great food and drink.

One of the coolest food trucks that’s been making its way around Wynwood is Wynwood Parlor. If you’ve spent any time in the area chances are you may have spotted it: the purple graffiti painted vehicle and its murals painted by street artist Nicole Salgar are definitely hard to miss. Wynwood Parlor is one of the newest food trucks, launched on May 22 and serving custom ice cream sandwiches for about $5. The food truck can typically be seen on weekends and besides its ice cream sandwiches it also serves a variety of cookies, brownies, and waffles available with a variety of toppings or what the owners like to call “roll-ons”.

There are plans to open a brick and mortar Wynwood Parlor in the near future, preferably by December 2017 but for the time being you can check it out Friday through Sunday. Operating hours are available on the website at Drop by the food truck, grab a bite and once you’re done head over to our gallery and check out the amazing artwork by Ori Gal!
